I'm not so sure. The telephone number (575) 461-1463 is no longer in service. Unless they switched to a private number, which would not make sense, they have moved or no longer in service.

Hi, I called the number and they answered. I asked if they would be open the next year because people from England were coming to visit and they said they would be there. Google Rubee's Diner - there are a lot of listings. Of course they thought I was strange but what else is new. Ha!
